Contact form: When you use our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, optionally phone number, subject and your message.

Server logs: When you visit our website, the web server automatically saves log data (IP address, date/time, requested URL, browser information, HTTP status code). This data is used solely to ensure operation and troubleshoot errors.

Cookies: We use technically necessary cookies for the operation of the website. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the cookie settings in the footer.


3. Purpose of Data Processing

Data submitted via the contact form is used exclusively to process and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

Server logs are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).


4. Data Retention

Contact enquiries are deleted after full processing, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Tax-relevant data is retained for 7 years in accordance with Austrian commercial law.

Server logs are automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
